Form Download:
Please begin by downloading the reservation form from the provided link by individual email. Ensure that you select the appropriate form corresponding to your e-ticket visiting date.

Form Completion:
Fill out the reservation form accurately, following the instructions and guidelines provided on the form itself. Provide all necessary information, including personal details, preferred accommodation options, and any special requests.

Submission via Email:
Send the completed reservation form to Howard International House using the email address specified on the reservation form. Additionally, remember to CC (carbon copy) the email to Ms. Peggy to keep her informed of your reservation request.

Confirmation Process:
Once Howard Civil Service International House receives your reservation form, they will initiate the confirmation process. This may involve verifying room availability for your selected dates and any special requests you've made.

Schedule Update:
If there is any need to update your check in or check out date AFTER the confirmation email is received, please be sure to contact Howard Civil Service International House directly by email: rv2107-ih@howard-hotels.com.tw.

Payment Procedure:
Importantly, do not make any payment in advance. Howard International House will contact you to confirm your reservation. Payment for your accommodation should only be made after you physically check in at Howard International House. They will provide you with the necessary payment instructions during the confirmation process.
